HOW DOES ONE POSITION RESPONSIBILITY?

SPS MARKETING was commissioned to reposition the already established civil engineering company TRIAX, which is domiciled in Vienna and Linz, and has been a great success in statics for already 20 years. Thanks to its excellent solution-driven competencies, innovative technology and a high level of cost effectiveness, TRIAX had always been an esteemed partner of builders, developers and architects. The project began with a workshop, during which the repositioning strategy was developed: TRIAX is the institution and/or the synonym for integral support frame competency in Austria and thus assumes enormous responsibility for small to large structures in the entire country.




A PROJECT OF SIGNIFICANCE

Based on the above, a new communications concept was developed under the claim “We assume accountability for our services.” Its foundation: three pillars – solution competency, innovation and cost effectiveness. The aim was to clearly communicate that TRIAX ensures maximum structural stability and is the partner for innovative and premium quality support frame solutions, which in turn make it possible to build cost effective structures. Regardless of whether the project is huge, like the Vienna airport, or whether it is a parking garage or the renovation of an existing old building. Furthermore, the new profile was also designed to attract and recruit new potential employees.

A PERFECTLY PLANNED NEW PRESENTATION

Besides the website relaunch, which will be the primary communication medium of the engineering firm, customer mailings in the form of a blueprint were sent out. The letters virtually turn the new website into a “project,” serve as content appetizers and bring a lot of clicks to the new page.

The new website is the primary communications tool for project prospecting and recruitment.

TRIAX is a good example that shows how SPS MARKETING can produce impressive communicative relaunches also for smaller enterprises and hidden champions. In this case we immersed ourselves deeply into the client’s material in both, a creative and credible manner.
