Mahl12 Premium Catering Gruppe offers premium catering quality even at large events. With its 12 rules of catering, Mahl12 has defined the perfect catering experience. The aim was to further elaborate on this topic.

The service spectrum of a modern catering service is vast, the equipment impressive and the number of employees is massive. There’s just one thing: none of that is relevant to the guest and the only thing that matters to the host is the guest. We asked: “How should the guest feel at a perfectly catered event?” The answer is simple: As if he or she were the only person in the world.
The message: If you organize your event with Mahl12, your guests will get the feeling that they are the only ones in the world.

AN EVEN MORE UNIQUE STORY LINE

With bold copywriting paired with the perfect testimonial: a happy, somewhat grumpy older person, who knows how to express himself, is a guest at a large celebration – a gala. He is happy and content. Radiates pleasure. Gourmet enjoyment personified: Karl Ferdinand Kratzl.

The campaign comprised three radio commercials, three video clips, three ads and one direct mailing with a cover letter, thumb cinema, folder and a small give-away in the form of salt and pepper. The campaign was promoted traditionally and online.

TOP IT WITH A PINCH OF SALT AND PEPPER

The purpose of the mailing was to condense the entire campaign in a shipment ready format. A cover letter in the tone of the campaign, a give-away of salt and pepper in elegant dispensers, a thumb cinema that shows one of the video clips and a folder of the Mahl12 Catering Gruppe were packaged into a tailormade box and sent to a preselected and verified group of recipients. Post mailing calls by the specifically trained Mah12 Catering Gruppe employees safeguarded the measurable success of the mailing. Through positive returns and 27 % appointments. Subsequently, the promotion was even extended into a second edition.
