THE MISSING LINK BETWEEN COMPANY AND EMPLOYEES

Fast, simple and direct: with the hAPPydo® HR app, SPS MARKETING developed a dedicated tool for Magna employees and applicants. With its numerous programs, the employee app does not only strengthen the company’s employer brand and expedites plus improves in-house communications, it also supports the recruitment process. For instance at the Graz plant, where more than 3,000 employees had to be recruited for the new factory.

OPEN, FORTHRIGHT AND DIRECT IN-HOUSE COMMUNICATIONS BRING HAPPINESS

The smartphone app gives every Magna employee around the globe access to the company’s latest in-house information. Add-on functions, such as push notifications, surveys, event calendars with registration and access to the latest issue of the employee magazine as well as other benefits complete the program. The app, which is based on the hAPPydo® content management system, can be updated very easily by marketing and HR – de-centrally or centrally.



LOCAL LAUNCH - GLOBAL ROLL-OUT

The employee app, which is available for Android and iOS, bundles in-house and external communications at the Magna Group into a single channel across all countries and languages. The pilot was implemented at Magna Steyr in Graz in 2017 and in 2019, was rolled out to all Magna locations for 173,000 employees at 428 locations in 28 countries and 21 languages.

With the employee app, Magna underscores its innovation leadership claim and proves without any doubt that the company is ready for the digital requirements of the future – on the road and in its HR management.
