As SPS MARKETING's digital marketing team continues to grow, scalable workflows are becoming more essential to ensure the team's readiness for the future. With an increase in team members involved in projects, it is only natural that the complexity and workload escalates in parallel. Making it necessary to adopt new structures and work processes. This presents an exciting challenge for our new team leader Amy.

Compared to our other departments, the digital marketing team at SPS MARKETING is relatively young. But due to the rising need for competent consulting and analysis-based strategies in the B2B sector the team is experiencing significant growth. Additionally, as an agency, we are growing alongside new technologies and steadily offering more digital services - such as packages to prepare for the upcoming generation change in Google Analytics. To maintain and promote the team's productivity, SPS MARKETING management has appointed a team lead to oversee the digital marketing team.

Amy McGregor is our Teamlead Digital

Amy McGregor has accepted the challenge and since the beginning of the year has gladly taken on the role of Digital Teamlead. She started her journey at SPS MARKETING as a digital marketing manager almost two years ago and has since acquired profound digital knowledge and expanded her skills with various Google Certificates. Born in the US, she completed her Master's degree in German in Detroit before travelling to Austria with her cat and falling in love with Linz. Its no surprise she knows how to pick up and inspire others. Amy is fully dedicated to motivating her team and establishing efficient processes that enables continued growth. She focuses on quality management, resource planning, and optimizing workflows to promote productivity:

For me, the new task is a great challenge with a focus on establishing sustainable systems. Our digital marketing team has grown in a short period of time and as a result there is a lot of potential to bring more system into internal processes. I'm excited to have the opportunity to help guide our team into the next phase, adapting processes and responsibilities so we can find scalable models that work smoothly regardless of who I am.

Being at eye level with clients

With its wide range of digital services, including videos, motion design and its own digital apps & tools, the SPS MARKETING team provides clear answers to all market demands in digital communication. An important cornerstone in this work is the transparency of services. The digital team at SPS MARKETING ensures that each client is actively involved in the processes and is introduced to a deeper understanding of relevant strategies and campaigns. The team provides recommendations based on transparent data that are comprehensible to the clients. This approach fosters a consultation at eye level, where the clients feel heard and involved in the decision-making process. For this purpose, client’s live dashboards are also used as performance tools, which giving them an overview of their current campaign data in real time.

The digital marketing team at SPS MARKETING places a strong emphasis on developing effective strategies to efficiently set up and prioritize online activities for their clients' campaigns. They achieve this through collaborative measures with the clients, which include conducting structured analyses and holding various workshops to gain a deeper understanding of the client's needs and goals. The persona workshops, for example, are designed to holistically understand the target group, their approach and their needs and to tailor online activities to the users. The developed online behavior plays into the choice of channels, which leads to different recommendations depending on the objective - whether brand awareness, recruiting or lead generation - from KPI determination to budgeting. Achieving the highest customer satisfaction along the journey while maximizing client loyalty. Sophisticated marketing campaigns are demanding and complex, which is why analysis and reporting are essential. Transparency, but also measurability, plays a major role for the digital marketing team in order to cooperate openly with customers.
